  • Maximum Shipping Duration : Delivery may take upto 14 days in rare circumstances to reach its destination.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory requirements. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Delays and Issues

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Maximum shipping may take upto 14 days to deliver in India, usually we deliver products within 3 days after confirmation of order.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: The Urban Crew Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
